Write an iPad application

We wish to develop a jewelry catalog app which can get updates from web admin [login to view URL] app is for salesmen and can be operated [login to view URL] contact the main server and check for the credential every 24 hours and store the credentials on iPad locally for offline [login to view URL] stored credentials will be deactivated after 48 hours max and app ask for internet [login to view URL] user catalog screen after login jewelry catalog is available having product category, Product sub category, Product code,product weight,product melting(purity/Carrot) and product single [login to view URL] ordering salesman select the manufacture year,product category,product sub category if any and catalogue will [login to view URL] shows products to buyer and select/deselect the product in single [login to view URL] he click on finalize order than order sheet will appear from where he can select melting drop down,order quantity and write remarks if [login to view URL] internet is connected he click on send order and order is sent to the company via email otherwise the order is saved into the system and appear into the saved orders which he can send later when internet connectivity is [login to view URL] salesman can view his orders with total weight in his order history on iPad and web login [login to view URL] images cannot be copied screenshot or [login to view URL] can change password,push update the catalogue to particular device or all devices,can disable any salesman from using the app through central web admin panel.
