App for iphone and Android

I would like the right person to design a downhill racing game App for children that runs on the iphone and/or the android platform. Would prefer a woman but will accept someone with a good sense of childish humour. Both platforms would be ideal but 1 of either would be acceptable. The game is attached to a product and will need to allow certain winning players to be given a code (numbers) to redeem a gift. Content management involves uploading small profile picture. This will be marketed online for download through one of the largest distributers in the uk. 20% of the continued revenue from sales of the game is offered to the winning developer for 1 year. This incentive is rarely offered and is almost a guaranteed passive income. It takes a person with vision.
