Hi maximsalesbiz, iOS and Mac app are barely same with the difference of size and it can support bigger size app in comparison to iPhone/iPad so we can combine 2-3 application if we have seprate on iOS. We can do the UI conversion and develop the Mac app for your application. Yes it is not difficult but it may take time to develop as we can use same code but we can use assets if it match the sizes what is needed on MAC. One thing I can assure you will get what you want but with I'am not sure with budget it may go on higher side as we will be giving our best resources for this.
