CSS / HTML Mark Up Project

Hi, We need a CSS / HTML 5 pro to undertake a PSD to HTML job we have. It is for a new website where you will create the HTML / CSS then hand this over to the developer where they will plug the HTML in to the database. We just need to have the HTML mock ups in place functioning as they should. We need someone who is a professional at this specific area, the HTML mark ups need to look 100% PIXEL PERFECT as to the designs, so if you are unable to achieve this DO NOT BID. We will also require a strong portfolfio of previous HTML mark up work before we award it. Regarding the project, we would like for: a. The HTML mark up to be identical to the designs b. The designs are retina ready, we need the HTML mark up to also be retina friendly ([login to view URL]) c. *OPTIONAL* When the user scrolls down the page, there will be some areas we would like animation similar to: [login to view URL] d. There is 1 page missing from the file, the contact page which will be very simple e. When the user clicks on 'Login' on the top right, the login form should fade in f. The website needs to work on iPad and mobile devices Again, please don't waste your time unless you have a very good eye for detail and a high level HTML/CSS portfolio with ideally providing the JPG's of the design on each.
