Animated Video-loop for a Music Song

Hei you diligent Free Lancers, I`m about to release a single called "Cannabinoide", and I´m satisfied with it so i decided to want more than just a cover in the background of my youtube Video. I thought of a little Video animation ( like maybe 2-3 seconds) , that loops fluently over and over, that shows me ( a owl like in the example or just a cartoon figure with a cap please) and maybe one or two other persons in a Police car driving, while a doubtful Police man runs after us wanting to catch us (please refer to the uploaded files). For me its important, that the letters of the words "Cannabinoide" and "AsTRonaut", the smoke of the joints, the wheels of the car, the body of the running cop, the steering wheel, the environment a little bit should be moving in the litte animation. The hole thing should look very colourful and happy. I uploaded two rough sketches of how it could look:) Much fun:) Best wishes Paul:)
