Illustrate A Process (flowchart and infographic)

Hi there, My name is Thomas Salmon and I am a postgraduate researcher in South Africa. I am working with others to conduct a survey of teacher professional development. We need an illustrator to help produce 2 pages illustrated process guide for a survey we are doing. I am looking for a designer to help me convert a simple process into a clear illustrated infographic and also a more detailed flowchart for district education officials to follow to guide them to administer a questionnaire for a research survey. Products: - 6 step narrative / infographic - 13 step more detailed troubleshooting flowchart Each of them needs to fit onto A4. The basic outline for the infographic of the process only consists of about 6 steps. Although the District Education Officers speak English, and text should be included in the products I need something visual to guide them as well. It will help them to understand what to do when they go to administer the questionnaire in schools. So a one-page infographic / illustration outlining the process is what I'm after here. To provide more detailed guidance then I also want the same process to be broken down into a detailed flowchart with if / then loops for some of the steps. To spell out really clearly exactly what they must do, and to help them troubleshoot. Please see the file attached which outlines the 6 step process and the 13 step flowchart - just bear in mind this may be adjusted a little before we begin in next few days. --- In your response back, can you outline briefly what steps you would take to complete this project? The files you produce may need to be tweaked or edited in the future, so I will need the raw as well as the completed product. Either as a document that I can tweak (if you use proprietary software please let me know in advance) or if you are happy to make slight adjustments at the final stage, then we agree for me to send it back for revision before completion. Please bear in mind that we want it to be neutral but appropriate for officials who speak English as a Second Language and work in many rural areas, so pictures and instructions need to be clear and easy to follow. My budget for complete of the work is between £20-40 GBP.
