Storyboard artist needed for a cartoon tv show

We would want the contractor to develop 4 professional cartoon storyboards by collaborating with us to pitch to a tv network. Each storyboard will not be a full complete episode, but roughly the beginning and a few scenes in the middle and end to give the network an overview. We would want these storyboards to be done within 7-10 days. This is just the start of a series of cartoon tv shows, so whoever we choose for this project can potentially be working on more animated tv storybook episodes in the coming months for us if we find the work very suitable. Attached is a few pictures of the main characters. Characters have already been developed and created so you will have to be able to capture and illustrate exactly. Please bid within the project budget range, otherwise your project would be rejected right away as we have a very tight budget. If you have examples please DM and attach. Also please note that when you bid on this project, you agree that the storyboards upon completion becomes our property. You cannot use it anywhere as a sample, or use it in your portfolio as a sample of your own work, and that we will own the rights to all of the storyboards upon completion. Thank you
