Write a Twain Driver for Existing Imaging Device

We have a image Capture device. The Device comes with a custom software. We would like to have a Twain Driver Developed for this Device either independently or on top of Existing windows driver. Please note that this is already done for same device by one of our competitor so it it definitely doable and [login to view URL] also offer sample code and toolkit for this purposes. We can give a demo of device and exiting driver and provide existing driver as well. The deliverable will be a tested and working Twain Driver for this device.
