Need an expert to help us in SEO & PPC campaign

Hi there, Our Client, is a cellphone retailer based in Toronto, Canada and we are in the process of redesigning their website. We will need SEO & Adwords PPC Campaign for their company. We are looking for an expert in both SEO and PPC to help us rank them better and hopefully and eventually on first page of Google Canada for keywords like cell phone stores Toronto, unlock cell phone Toronto etc.. We are also looking to do Google Adwords campaign so a strong experience and knowledge is required to create most effect campaign for best ROI.
