Create adsense website, which earns atleast $5 per day

I need an adsense expert who can create adsense site, which should atleast earn $5 per day and it should be done legally, no black hats methods, no illegal clicks, no bot visitors. It should comply with google adsense policies. Payment will be released only, if i get my first cheque from google. If my adsense account banned, u will not get paid. No Milestone payment.
