Google adsense site $25-$40 per a day

I am looking for an Adsense site which will consistently earns $25-40 per day for the first two months, then after that it must make at least $35-$60 a day. I have the following requirements: 1. Proper SEO work for organic traffic/real traffic 2. Select any NICHE - except for any unacceptable niches (adult, gambling, etc.) 3. Must be 100% within the Google, yahoo, Bing, TOS 4. Must be Adsense optimized 5. Must have high paying keywords for 2011 within site 6. Traffic driven must be 100% white hat real people no bots 7. All Content MUST be original and SEO, 8. Should be on wordpress, or blogger 9. All copyrights, passwords, etc... should belong to me Payments: 1. No initial milestone payment will be made. 2. All payments will be through Freelancer. 3. After the website is complete and generating initial revenue of $25-40 per day for the first two months then I will make a complete milestone payment. Notes: 1. Please be prepared to tell me how you plan to drive the traffic if you bid on this project. 2. You are required to give a date / time chart of start to the end of two months work and achievement plan. 2. I don't want to risk an Adsense account ban. The perfect person would be someone who is agreeable to the terms above and is willing to give me a good and fair price and would be willing to work hard, and if you impress me on this project I will give preference over others on your future bids and hire you for future work.
