Need 250 PR2+ Backlinks Every Month for Automotive Site

I'm looking for someone to help me build Automotive (related to CAR) links for my website. I'm looking to get Every Month 250+ one-way, themed links to my website, using several different keywords as the anchor text that I will provide. I'm looking to find someone who I can work with on other projects; this is just one of several Automotive sites I manage, but I'd like to see what sort of results I can expect before committing to a larger, longer-term contract. Please bid for 250 links (for every month). REQUIREMENTS: - Pages links appear on should be PR2+. - Links should be in-content links. - Links should come from casino or gambling-themed websites only. The whole website should be themed towards casino/gambling, not just the linking page. - Links should be from English language websites only. - Links must be free, one way, non-reciprocal and static to our website. They must remain indefinitely. - PR requirement is for the page the link appears on. - Google must have crawled page in the last 30 days. - On pages indexed and cached by Google, Yahoo and MSN Search. Pages that aren't indexed will be rejected. - One link per domain AND Class C IP block. - Permanent links only. - No search spam. - No scraper sites, mirror sites, link farms or free for all link exchanges. - No link schemes. - No blog comments. - No directories. - No forums. - No dynamic links; must be plain HTML. - No rel=nofollow links in the HTML. - No pages blocked by [login to view URL] or robots tag. - No links on adult, free hosted, porn, blacklisted websites etc. - No site-wide links. - No account profile links. - No fake PRs, Java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, Flash sites/pages, string parameters, session ID's, etc. - Reply or PM with the word "cake" to prove you have read these requirements. - All links must be manually submitted. No automated techniques or black / grey hat methods. Links must be acquired legally and legitimately. - Links must not be labeled sponsored, links, ads etc. - No hidden links. All links must be visible and readable by both users and search engines. - No freely hosted sites (Geocities, etc). Providing example websites where our links will appear is a plus, as is experience promoting Automotives websites. We will manually check each link and website before payment is sent. Link information should be sent via Excel sheet (or similar) that displays where our link appears and preferably PR of the page the link is on. Payment: We will pay half the fee after links have been created and a report sent to us, then the other half after 30 days once we've confirmed that links are still up.
