SEO and link building for single site

We have a requirement for a company to work with us to SEO and promote one of our clients sites - [login to view URL] Initially for one month to assess your skills. We will need a review of current site, and a detailed report of your intentions and expections for the site. Assuming we see progress we will continue to work with you on a monthly basis. We are willing to pay upto $150 per month depending on the levels of work offered. You WILL be required to provide details of clients and sites you have worked with and we will check with them. This is only one site of 12 with this one client, and depending on your success we may be able to offer the other sites for work as well.
