2000 Geo targeted Facebook Fans

I am looking for 2000 GEO-TARGETED Facebook fans for a specific Facebook fan page to be acquired over a 21 day period. My client will likely max out your ability to provide fans after a relationship and trust has been established... Therefore, we will entertain initial bids from many providers, and will give selection prominence to the most reputable and most cost effective. This initial run will be for South Africa fans only (18+) We will work with only one provider at a time, and our tracking will be tight. The added Fans must meet these requirements: * All fans must be real people with active facebook pages (no fake accounts). I am looking for fan page blasts (if you have a large fan group you can promote to) or an equivalent method. Spam, Bots, and other facebook TOS violations will not be acceptable. * Fans must be from: South Africa * All fans must be 30+ friends and a minimum of profile pic * All fans must be aged 18 and over IMPORTANT: *Proof of prior work will be advantageous, esp. with references. *This is a two week window, with a one week cushion at the end, at the end of 3 weeks you will be paid pro-rata on a per fan basis as agreed upon at project inception (ie. You bid $200 for 2k fans = $0.1 per fan... After three weeks fan count goes up 7.5k... You will be paid $75 and the project will be closed) * Please use only good practices for inviting fans (Facebook account must not be banned for your actions and kept active). You will not be paid if the Facebook account is banned/deleted.
