Full Onsite and Offsite SEO Build from ground up (Re Run with new budget)

Please read this and dont apply unless you have a portion of this test in your application (the portion in question is below so keep reading. I have a new website that is 100% fresh. It has no outbound or inbound links and little or close to zero social network prominence. In fact its at ground zero. "As I am not an SEO expert" but I do have ample knowledge about hiring on these platforms I am putting a proposal to the candidates like this. As it takes a minimum of 6 months to get sufficient results from google after good SEO work so I am prepared to offer the following to candidates provided they can offer the following. The total I will pay for an organic, white hat and ethical SEO work over 6 months The agreed amount for the job will be divided accordingly and paid at the end of each month via milestones. What I am wanting for this is as follows 1. I have 10 key words and I want 2 or 4 of them to be in the top 5 pages of google within the 6 month period. If we can have 1 on page 1 there will be a small bonus. 2. Applicants SHOULD NOT ASK ME WHAT I want for SEO but must tell me what SEO tools they will deliver for my website as a total package over this 6 month period. (yes you must tell me your offer and do not ask me what I want as you are the experts) I WANT A FULL BREAKDOWN OF YOUR PROPOSAL TO BE IN TO WIN THIS JOB. This breakdown of what you are prepared to offer in full during this 6 month period must be sent by digital format to me within your application. It must be clearly stated in the application how many backlinks will be provided as part of the package. 3. The job will be awarded to the most honest person who shows sincerity and the desire to help and has read this job offer correctly plus offers a decent proposal. 4. This could result in ongoing business so think wisely before replying and do not try to twist me into something I did not ask for. 5. Submit your proposal with your SEO layout or architecture to get my sight prominence as requested above and we can talk. I must see a full proposal for a new website including social network layout not just SEO. 6. If you do not include these words in your proposal "As I am not an SEO expert" I will ignore your request. 7. The website is already indexed by google webmaster tools and has Yoast SEO running. Sitemap has been implemented also. 8. The candidate must look at each page on the website and correct anything that may hinder the seo score. I have already done descriptions etc for the pages that maybe ok or may not be. 9. As earlier stated all work is to be white hat and to Google standards with no link farming. 10. Do not ask for additional payments for any aspect or feature. Your proposal must be of the highest standard and all costs associated with the proposal have been factored into the budget. 11. I require weekly reports detailing all work done as per the job proposal and raking updates 12. I use Nibler and Google webmaster tools plus SEO Power Suite for checking myself. This is for your information. 13. The job will not be awarded to the candidate with the best overall score on Freelancer. I am looking for integrity, honestly and the desire for us both to succeed. Look at this as a two way relationship. 14. If this goes well I will retain the candidate and a renegotiated and agreed upon monthly budget. I cant guarantee this unless all goes well and we agree on the revised budget. 15. Thank you
