It sounds like your main focus is on webinars. I have found that there are 3 important phases to any webinar, getting people to sign up, show up, and pay up. I have experience in increasing the conversions on each of these steps.
Sign up, most of my experience is with gotoWebinar and creating custom enrollment pages that integrate seamlessly with infusionsoft. This is a huge key to increasing your sign up rate. I have generated scripts that register the prospect, then take them to a survey to determine what type of prospect they are, then take them to an offer page so you're optimizing exit traffic.
Then to increase the show up rate, using multiple methods of reminders along with teaser content. using automated phone calls and text messages along with email reminders so more people see the reminders and show up for the call all automated with infusionsoft to take out the tediousness of it all.
Then to increase pay up, have an offer at the beginning to keep them on for the entire call, use a fast action timer to create a deadline that increases conversion. Then treat the attendees different than the non attendees as you follow up with them and have it all happen automatically using the power of infusionsoft.
I know i'm not the cheapest bid. But i have the experience and can likely do the project faster than anyone else because i've already done it and don't have to recreate the wheel.
