I am currently looking for a Business Development Manager who is able to obtain Recruitment Leads for my Recruitment Agency. Obtain Details about the business Pitch how we are going to help them obtain the right candidate Get them to sign the recruitment contract And then our recruitment consultants will be able to take it from there. You will need to be able to work towards a high level of KPI's and need to be meet.
