Job Overview: We need a Community manager with excellent knowledge of the Chinese tourism market who be able to recommend, advise and propose different E-marketing strategies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Recommend on the different strategies and e-marketing solutions on the Chinese tourism market - Create a social media accounts for client - Manage on a day to day the different social media networks available on the Chinese Market - Translation from English to Chinese and vice versa. Translation capabilities are very important - Update pages: manage scheduling, Scheduling and publishing posts - Listen to users and respond to their comments and inquiries - Moderate daily activity and conversations on the platform. - Monitor trends in social media to stay updated across different platforms, not only with the content that’s already been created or cured. - Identify needs and preferences of users - Give weekly feedback about the activity on the platforms, review metrics and ability to create dashboards on a monthly basis - Demonstrate ability to map out marketing strategy - Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications and channels - Advise and manage Pay Per Click advertising - Advise and manage Off Site SEO strategies Qualifications and Experience Requirements: - Should be very at ease with Baidu, Qihoo 360 search, Chinaso, Sogou or Youdao - Possesses knowledge and experience in the tenets of traditional e-marketing on the Chinese market - Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in Social Media. (Give links to profiles as examples). - Proficient in content marketing theory and application. Experience sourcing and managing content development and publishing. - Exhibits the ability to jump from the creative side of marketing to analytical side, able to demonstrate why their ideas are analytically sound. - Displays in-depth knowledge and understanding of Social Media platforms in China and how each platform can be deployed in different scenarios. - Maintains excellent writing, language and translation skills. - Displays ability to effectively communicate information and ideas. - Is a Team player with the confidence to take the lead and guide us when necessary. (ie: content development, creation and editing of content, and online reputation management). - Makes evident good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly. - Maintains a working knowledge of principles of SEO - Highly knowledgeable in the principles of “Search and Social”. - Possesses functional knowledge and/or personal experience with WordPress. - Demonstrates winning Social Customer Service techniques. Possesses great ability to identify potential negative or crisis situation and apply conflict resolution principles to mitigate issues. Language & Communication: - Ideally Chinese [with good knowledge of ''English'' spoken and written is a must] Duration of Project: - 12 Months Our expectation: - Our aim is to provide TOP class quality service to our Clients as quickly as possible. - Freelancer must be able to meet different deadlines Requirements: - Freelancer must provide us a portfolio of e-marketing projects he worked on. - Freelancer must provide us with his CV. Payment: - Payment every 5th of the month, end of month payment.
