Write an iPad application

i would like to hire someone who can build up customized consultation application for a Salon business. i want to get full control of the app. i would like to have following features in my application; -can create new forms. -client can sign digitally. -forms can be directly sent to client's email id and can be stored on cloud (such as one drive, google drive) -client can be searched by name, by email id and by phone number so that in their next visit, therapist/ beautician can make sure that what -client had previously. -client can sign the same form every time they visit the salon. i have attached the forms that i want to make digital. i would like to get the same features in the application (such as check 3d lipo form. i would like to have the same form digitally). our salon will have more forms available in future. in that case i would like to see the 'create new form' option in the application so that i can create the new form. salon is having beauty and hair division. so i would like to categorized the forms in a way that can easily accessible and can be user-friendly so that my staff can learn it quickly. project scope is like this below. - user management(admin&backend&android app) - profile management(client/therapist/beautician) - email verification part(once the email has been verified, we can send file to the client email) - cloud storing management - search by filtering management - connect with database management - store data into the app management - sign management - make form management - Design & UI/UX management extra feature; each form can have space for client's photo. integrate the app so that we can store client's photograph.
