Convert jQuery based mobile friendly website to Angular.js website

I have mobile friendly website built using HTML, CSS, jQuery. Complete business logic is written in jQuery. Server side interaction is done via API and API calls in website are done using AJAX. So no server side code is embeded in website everything is done by calling webservices. Application is having maximum of 10 small screens. Complete business logic is already written in jQuery query and site is working fine. Now I need my website need to be converted into angular.js from jquery. Major reason for conversion, I wants to add sliding in screen transition i.e when moving from one HTML page to another HTML page I want pages to get slide. I already created one page myself but I dont have good hands in Angular.js so its taking more time to me. I need angular.js developer to help me in this project.
