We need an high skilled professional developer with strong experience Live Video Streaming/VideoChat or OpenTok Framework to develop a brand new cloud multi-tenant Service of broadcasting video chat service to be sold to enterprises, contact center and ecommerce: they can come on an our web page, register on it , subscribe for our Live Video Chat Broadcast service, put their Paypal account and finally get the Web video chat widget to be installed in their website with a simple cut and paste. They can have an Admin area where they can get the widget code to be installed on their website, a panel where can have some usage statistics and a Video Agent Console where he can come live in video chat (managing status: live, stand by - during , offline) , manage the text chat messages coming from visitors who can ask questions (after a registration in order that the Agent can answer to know the name and some info about the visitor who ask the question ) to the Live Video Agent in text chat from the web widget on the website, share pdf documents.
