Build me a Mobile App for my Loan management software (Mifos x)

We need experienced mifos x professional who had hands on training in mifos x and had already contributed to this platform. I need a mobile app for my LMS (that was designed on Mifos X ) that can perform all required tasks needed for our organisation. The App should include features like real time, location capturing , geo fencing , route tracking and assigning, schedulers , escalations, offline sync, etc, and other functionalities as well. This app should be integrated with our LMS and the tasks done in the app must be pushed to the LMS's UI (or web server). The data from LMS need to be pushed to app, on daily basis for collection processs. Timeframe/deadline : 20 Days Only
