I need a JavaFX programmer

I need someone to write a outlook like email editor that can create a new email, and can read an eml format mail to reply and forward an email in [login to view URL] format. The Email Editor Support 1 creating a new email, 2 reply and forward an email with pervious email content. The Editor support HTML Message just like outlook does. 1. Copy, cut and paste 2. Change selected words a. font type, font size, b. increase and decrease font size, c. clear font format, d. insert bullets, e. insert numbering, f. increase and decrease indent, g. bold , italic, underline strickthrough, subscript and superscript, h. text highlight with changeable colour, i. text colour with changeable colour, j. alignment, such as align left, align center, align right, Justify and distribute text 3. insert picture in the text content as show in figure 4. insert attachment (select from folder dialog or drag and drop from finder/file explore) 5. add signature 6. add hyperlink 7. mark priority 8. in To, CC, and Bcc, user can type ‘:’ to separated email address, and once leave the text field, the email address will become a block of text. Also auto fill and suggestion is required. 9. A Bcc button to toggle Bcc field visible and invisible. 10. For reply and forward email, the editor read and show the pervious email in eml format. And put a line to separate new and old email contents. The editor can run in a JavaFX application without internet connection.
