RTSP client

I'm looking for simple RTSP client (in java) which is able manage RTSP handshake, receive RTP stream, decode H264 and export images as they come in. The video server support only authenticated RTSP session. So my vision is to edit some properties file (url, user, pass etc.) and start the program which will connect to RTSP server, receive RTP stream, decode H264 and save images to output directory. There should be posibility to manage framerate - let say the server is sending 24 images per second and I can manage them all. But sometimes I don't need 24 images but 5 is enough. Program have to be in java and can use other open source java libraries.
