SAP PI UDF or Java Mapping for REST lookup of a Web Service

I have experience with SAP PI 7.3 and 7.5 i worked on xlst & java & graphical mapping i have created user defined function for pdf ocr i can do this task

I have gone through the requirement , it can easily be done in Java program ( not through SAP UDF ) , let me know if you are fine with this. Happy to work on this assignment.
