Tweaks Required for Greasemonkey Autoclick Script

I work for a company where I do writing assignments. I have a Greasemonkey autoclick script which constantly refreshes my assignments page, and if an assignment comes in, the script will autoclick the assignment and alert me with a sound that an assignment has come in. The script is working perfectly, but I need two small tweaks made to the script. The tweaks are described in detail in the attached file called notes.txt.
