Design of a very intuitive User Interface Concept for a windows/web application, (No coding required just usability design)

This project is about designing an intuitive user interface concept, NOT DEVELOPING IT or coding it. So we are looking for a designer/artist/software engeneer that understands the concepts of usability, intuitivity of use of a desktop application. You don't have to develop anything, just show a drawing of a concept of a very usable design with up to date concepts, of an already existing system. Some background about the system: 1- the demo is a reduced system, please check all the parts, notice there is a graph part in the Search for Statistics part. 2- This system is currently developed under Win32 and there is an ongoing project to pass it to WEB, probably Ajax/PHP But the interface concept should fit on both environments. 3- Brief explanation of what the system does, and the end user profile: Our system controls calls for call centers, PBX's, and many other forms of communications, It has a relationship with most of the users of an organization, this particular application is the interface with the end user, who does not have any kind of technical knoledge more than using a windows machine/ web. The end user uses this to check how many calls he or his underworkers have had, have some stats about it, average call duration, longer calls, more calls per hour per day, busiest times of day, and even listening to call recordings, (in cases where the call center has call recording for quality assurance) What we want is to do it as intuitive as possible, yet keeping a business image profile. with this I mean no photos of too fancy stuff is desirable, it is an allways open interface, so wi don't expect to fed up the user with overcharged appearance, but make him/her adicted to it's niceness and easiness of use. We are uploading a reduced working demo of the system, (in two compressed rar files due to size) you can download it and install it on a win32 machine and play with it. we'll also upload some images. Since it is not easy to contract this kind of work, we'll expect the designer to show some of his/her work to be considered with the bid, and if possible a very brief sketch of the layout he's got in mind.
