86845 Easy CSS/XHTML Layout Needed!

This needs to be a private project and cannot be posted in any type of portfolio. I need a layout done that has a simular content placement design like the image i have attached. I need a drop down menu (css/xhtml) on the header that has rounded corners and looks glossy/popping out (like a bubble). I also need a vertical drop down menu on the left side that has the same effect. This needs to be all css/xhtml valid. If you can do this to what I require 100% (if I change my mind on something, etc), I will pay you a good tip and give you more work in the near future. Thanks!
