Build a Form WebPage in order to Send Agenda Invitation/Email

CONTEXT : Right now, we have 10 steps for our salemen for making an appointment (send 2 calendar invitation to customer, add a calendar invitation 2 days in order to not forget to prepare the meeting, ask for our supplier some help about looking for info, ask for help to our assistant (maybe take an airplane ticket, or train ticket, or just book the meeting room in our office, etc.) They don't like to do this administrative stuff : - they don't do it right - it took too much of their time With this form/project, our objective is to reduce this time of work to 5 minutes (send many template email, template agenda, etc.) PHASE 1 : NEEDS ASAP We are looking for a very basic / simple form webpage : - Mandatory Field (name of the customer, location, date of the meeting, etc.) - Optionnal Field - Process when we click on "next/save" button (send several email, calendar invitation, etc.) Form 2 is just to give you a graphic overview - WE DON'T CARE ABOUT LOOK N FEEL. Excel is all guidelines and all features/all rules. PHASE 2 (*DONT QUOTE THIS) If you can do it faster, we have in mind many evolution : error management (exemple week-end management), rights management, multi linguage, several integration with API (dropbox, survey monkey, fresh books, zappier, gmail integration, etc.)
