Can someone help me get this website live?

Hello - Looking for someone who can help me get this website live (take a look): [login to view URL] When you click the link make sure you read the stuff at the bottom of the page it may be important. I'm not a developer so this stuff doesnt make any sense to me so don't bother asking me questions. I can get whatever you need... server etc. I need someone who can download that website from that link and get it live on my server.
