I can build you a small Windows program in C# which is able to go through the spreadsheet links and find the emails and record them. I understand my budget is out of your initial range, however the project has a bigger scope than you might think. I am from Australia too, so communication between us will be easy.

I have 6 years experience in Scraping + Java + JS + Spring + Hibernate. In fact, I recently worked on Googlesheets for my company, so I am quite comfortable with this task. I can get this done quickly in a day I think.
