Implement HTML5 video player w/ slider

We have a video editing system including a video preview pane which allows viewers to see what their video will look like and to declare when graphics will appear in that video. Currently the player uses a Flash NetStream to play this video. Additionally, graphics show up on the screen at some point and the timing of that appearance is set by manually entering into a field below the video player. We need you, in coordination with our Lead Engineer, to replace our Flash player with a simple HTML5 compliant video player (off the shelf is fine) which includes full play/pause/fast forward/rewind functionality. However the video format will need to make the duration data available and you will need to make sure that our encoder (Zencoder) is now publishing the correct file types to be used in it. Finally you will need to implement an additional progress slider which will be used to slide to the desired time in the video, selecting the time at which graphics will appear. The value of this slider should be reflected in the field below the video, constantly automatically updating the field’s numerical value.
