I need a Joomla developer for a customized counter module

I have a pediatric practice in Hungary and I have a website which offers some extra features for my patients. Normally when a patient arrives to my waiting room, he takes a number, so he knows how many patients are in front of him waiting in the line. Sometimes my patients have to wait for 2-3 hours, which is quite annoying with a sick child. I need a counter on my website, which shows in real time the actual number, who's owner is in the examination room at the moment. With this feature the patient arrives, takes a number, goes home or just sits back in his car, and with a smartphone he is able to keep track of the actual numbers. This would allow the patients to wait wherever they want, and come back to the clinic just a few minutes before their number is next. So the number tracking module has two sides: the one which is shown on my website "the next number is:..." and the admin side, which I can access and with the fewest possible clicks I can change the actual number. I have this feature already on my site, but I would like to have it in a more professional way and I would like to add some text fields also, but the guy, who programmed it is not available any more.
