B2C Sales lead generation by Social Media Traffic generation and Coversion

Hello There, I have set up a network of healthcare professionals in Ontario, Canada. (In Dental, Vision Care, Medicine and Paramedical services areas). These professionals provide considerable discount to people who refer to them (anything between 20 to 40 percent depending on service/location). Above discounted services are presented through a website to invite people to register for the services. The registration is free. We don not charge people for using the services. It is a win-win deal for the professionals (they see more patients) and the clients (they pay less). When people register on the website, they are notified that they will be contacted soon to provide them their membership documents. Upon delivering their membership, we also provide them our paid products including Life and Health Insurance, Investment and retirement plans etc. As you can see, every registration is a B2C sales lead for the agents to sell their products. I need to boost the website traffic and the conversion rate to generate consistent stream of sales leads.
