I would like to hire a Lawyer

I am in the process of evaluating a hostel business in Medellin Colombia. I have carried out some basic due diligence to establish a financial and operational baseline. I am visiting Medellin w\c 4th Sept to meet with the current owners. If we can agree on a price I will require some help in carrying out legal due diligence, setting up a shareholder agreement, transferring over titles, completing a contract for sale as well as general advice. I am looking for someone who is either practicing in Colombia or knows Colombian law intimately To tell you a little more about the project: 1. Purchase price will be up to $60,000 USD (no real estate and the business only). 70% share majority share is up for sale 2. Turnover is approx $100,000 USD 3. All business licenses and insurances are allegedly in place 4. Less than 10 staff (all independent contractors) 5. The hostel has additional revenue streams: cafe, bar and events 6. The majority of hostel guests are foreigners. Approx 50% of cafe guests are Colombian nationals 7. 3 year lease agreement has just been signed by the current owners effective from 1st Oct. 3 year extension option available I look forward to hearing from you Dave
