Paypal & amazon sqs development - repost

PayPal\r\n\r\nMigrate 3 web services and build a new one for the following functions:\r\n\r\n- Create/Edit/Delete a subscription based on a saved card.\r\n - this involves creating a form, integrating with Paypal and storing the data locally.\r\n- Create a refund based on a prior capture\r\n - this involves creating a form, integrating with Paypal and storing the data locally.\r\n- Create a mass pay to one or more participants based on paypal seller details\r\n - this involves creating a form, integrating with Paypal and storing the data locally.\r\n- Create a form that allows a user to add their paypal seller information (what is needed for masspay) and store to the database.\r\n\r\nHope requirement is very clear for bidding.\r\n\r\nThanks and Regards\r\nDipesh Sahni
