I have an issue on a CentOS 6 server where I can only login with ssh root key, the login with ssh root password does not work. The problem looks to be coming from iptables. I need someone to fix it and restore the ssh password login.
Hi
The problem You have described has nothing to iptables - it`s related to the sshd configuration.
I can configure it to work the way You wish.
Best Regards
Marek
Hello. I am ready to help you right now. I'll perform investigation and fix the issue ASAP. You may pay me only after work will be successfully done and password-based authentication will be restored. I need to access your server (you can give we a key or we can use teamviewer) to start investigation from checking logs. Feel free to ask me any questions. Thanks in advance, Stan.
Hello,
I work as a Linux/Unix system administrator for the past 10 years and have all the necessary skills and hands-on experience to complete the task.
Hope to hear from you soon.
I can solve this problem in a short time, it may be convenient to work remotely from your PC (via logmein?) to avoid you to give me your private ssh key.
