Fix VMWARE Workstation VM error "the file specified is not a virtual disk" when opening a copied over ESXi Virtual Machine

I think its possible that the File Descriptors inside the small text .vmdk files need changing? If you have successfully opened and started a virtual machine inside Vmware Workstation that was copied over from ESXi perhaps you might know what the problem is that is causing the error "the file specified is not a virtual disk".
