Install wkhtmltopdf on Linux CentOS

We need the wkhtmltopdf component (with its dependencies and the PHP bindings included) installed on a Linux CentOS server. You can find more information about this component at: [login to view URL] Delivery shall include a sample PHP script that successfully uses wkhtmltopdf through its PHP bindings to convert an HTML file or web page into a PDF document, as well as a text file detailing all the commands (in the proper sequence) that you used to install this on the server. Full root access will be given to the winner.
