i have already build my own server based on xeon processors and double processor mother board, I have 2 personal system 1 running on core i7 3rd gen x series coupled with a gtx 970 4 gigs (in sli with another same gtx 970)with clean wire installation my 2nd system is a water cooled core i7 7th gen (lga 2011 v3) along wih gtx 1080 and 16 gigs of ram with custome led's give me a chance to serve your purpose.

Because with you description you need a Military grade motherboard. I am eager to help because after my last upgrade (long time ago) I am at an end to see that sort of PC.
