Postfix cannot distribute e-mails from external address to aliases

Hi, I manage postfix servers. Alias is just another name for the same mailbox. You send from gmail to test1 and what do you want to do with the email? Save in test1 mailbox? Forward to test2? Please explain and I can then make it work if the idea is doable or advise. Thank you!
