Reverse proxy nginx centos 7

I deal with nginx reverse proxy on a daily basis, since I work for a brazilian host that uses nginx as reverse proxy to OpenLiteSpeed. I have more than 10 years of experience with nginx, using it since version 0.x, long before it was a popular choice. What do you need? Only a reverse proxy? Or proxy with caching for static content?
