Setup Server with Cache Layer

I am looking for a systems-server administration expert. You must be experienced and have a flexible open schedule to work. Must work during my office. We will talk about my Goals and develop a server setup to meet my goals. I already have my own Host. We are not doing Amazon. I use Cloud Fare. We can also maybe setup a Cache Server under that. Then maybe look into open source High Availability. We can also check into a Load Balancer maybe. Also some security server tightening, and other software setup desired by me. Maybe moving some small files like docker containers. No files will ever be huge. Your here to help me. We will follow the steps below. This is our Scope of Work: 1.) We will have a quick talk. We will talk about my goals. We will discuss my web site. I will pick your brain a little. I will lean on your IT Industry Server Admin Experience. You can Recommend a specific server setup. After talking a little, I will decide the best server setup that will meet my needs. This will include software and servers and configuration. 2.) You will install and/or move all software and servers specified by me (Ex: Digital Ocean). Software could be Docker, Apache or Nginx, Firewall, Fail2ban, Varnish, Load Balancer, Cache Server, Database Cache and maybe others. 3.) After you install. You will Setup, Configure, Fine Tune, Tighten in detail all desired software and servers! This could be Cache Server, CDN, Apache or Nginx, Load Balancer, Firewall, Security Tightening, Fail 2 ban, Database Cache and others. 4.) I will make sure everything is working. I will test and make sure it is all good. I will interview and select the best candidate according to my preferences. I I will need time to go thru all bids. I will possibly allow the project to elapse before hiring someone. You must have experience in Linux, System Administration, Digital Ocean, Server Setups with layers, etc.
