I have two Linux CENTOS servers A and B. MASTER OPENVPNSERVER - SERVER A =1 IP CLIENT - SERVER B = 5 IPS. I need to forward/centralize all ips from client Server B to Server A openvpnserver ... and forward all ports from server B to server A behind vpn.

I understand you need to forward a range of ports from server B to A, So it will seem that Server A has actually 6 Ips (5+1) and has to be transparent to someone from outside. This has to be done using a VPN Link . I can do your project. I have more than 12 years of experience as Linux sysadmin, Specially on CentOS.
