PowerPoint and can design a template for a PPT deck. need in 5 hours

I have attached a working version of the deck. Please take a first pass on the design. You can see the current branding at www.effortlessoffice.com. I don't like the current branding because it is outdated, loud, busy and unprofessional. I would like to make the branding and design for this deck be a more modern version of this brand. Similar colors with the green, black and white but much more sophisticated. I like a lighter background rather than a dark background like the website. If you could do the design for the first 2-3 slides that would be great. The first draft of the content is on there. I added a comment to the third slide with an idea I have. You will see the comment box in the circle that says "Effortless office" just click on it to see the comment. One more thing - here is the site of a competitor who has much better, more modern branding.
