Logo made for my AirBnB Rental Houses.

I do alot of different houses on AirBNB, Booking, VRBO and other websites of that type. Where I rent out my home nightly to people. I am needing a logo made so that I can use it on my website and also use it for tshirts and other stuff in the future. I am pretty good using Adobe photoshop, after effects and stuff like that so I realistically know how easy it is to do something. I am looking for someone who understands that as well but is very creative and can come up with something without having to ask me every question where I should of just followed my own instructions and did It myself in Photoshop. The name of the home rentals place is called " The Rincon Surfer's Retreat" This is in the city of Rincon, Puerto Rico. This is one of the best Surfing locations in the world, people travel from far to come surf and scuba dive or just anything in the water with nature. So I would love to have this theme incorporated within it. These are all just suggestionsnof ideas I like but you will have a much better idea for it than me. That's why I'm paying you, for your crestivitity. Maybe make the words of the business look like a wave where someone could surf it, something bright and colorful full of that 80s colors.
