Cached Images Bug on Magento2.3.1 multistore custom theme.

Do not waste our time! Issue: Magento 2.3.1. multistore with Ultimo theme. On other storeviews except main store the cached images are not visible. So following has been done and this is not solution: * pub/media/catalog/product -> back ups done so images are there (wel let us say 99%) * Rights all 100% good confirmed by hoster. Do not touch ths. - find ./pub/media -type d -exec chmod 777 {} \; find ./pub/static -type d -exec chmod 777 {} \; chmod 777 ./app/etc chmod 644 ./app/etc/*.xml * On backend ‘flush catalag images * Command php bin/magento catalog:image:resize This will always give error around 16%. We made sure image is there. We deleted entry from catalog_product_entity_media_gallery This is not it. Files are not corrupt. Error: -> imagecreatefromjpeg(): gd-jpeg: JPEG library reports unrecoverable error: Unsupported marker type 0xdf in /public_html/vendor/magento/framework/Image/Adapter/[login to view URL] on line 72 – Modification done in /public_html/app/design/frontend/Infortis/ultimo/etc/[login to view URL] we updates all image id and added <frame>0</frame> for all.
