Magento - Product Image Issue

I have a problem with some of the images in my Magento Development site. I currently have a plugin that takes the images from [login to view URL] for all of my products. Some of these products have multiple images. The main product Image is always fine when you click on it, however, when you click through the rest of the images for that product they only show up very small (I currently have Easy Lightbox installed) So you can see what I mean please look at the following and click on the main product image, then scroll through the images : [login to view URL] I want ALL product images to view the same size as the main image - I am not sure if the problem is with Easy Lightbox. Please let me know if you have experience working with the Icecat product catalogue.
