Magento website & server permission issue

Site [login to view URL] This may seem like a simple permission issue but please read carefully. I need to find out why it is when this command is run that it crashes my site /opt/plesk/php/7.2/bin/php -dmemory_limit=6G bin/magento setup:upgrade This command is required by a 3rd party app installer for products, when the command is run I have attached th error which it shows when you try to navigate to the website. I know the following command can be run to resolve the issue chmod 777 -R generated but the 3rd party needs to run this command at anytime /opt/plesk/php/7.2/bin/php -dmemory_limit=6G bin/magento setup:upgrade and then the site crashes again I need a solution so this command does not crash the site /opt/plesk/php/7.2/bin/php -dmemory_limit=6G bin/magento setup:upgrade
