Need some fixes in magento 2.3.1 website

I have magento 2.3 website. It need few fixes. 1. When i try to add configurable product with color attribute, on front end color drop down is coming but product images associated with colors are not coming instead of that placeholder image is coming. 2. On registration i need few extra fields and a drop down to select between regular registration and wholesale registration. 3. newsletter signup form configuration. 4. Product rating [login to view URL] other minor fixes aswell.
